customer-centric attitude. Her passion for real estate comes from her years of award-winning sales and customer service as well as from the love her mother had for real estate as a Realtor while Eliza was growing up in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Eliza’s love for Florida brought her back for the third time in 2018 when she and her family chose Merritt Island as their forever home. They selected Dale Sorensen Real Estate’s Kim Tillett Team as their Realtor® and their journey to purchase a home on Merritt Island was featured on the television show “Island Life” on HGTV: Season 16. “From the first day we met, Kim and I became friends,” said Eliza. “A year later, I joined Kim’s newly formed real estate team. We share a belief in putting our clients first and helping bring their dreams of home ownership on the Space Coast, and beyond, a reality. This is not a job, it’s a love of helping people.” Eliza specializes in all types of residential properties located along Brevard County’s coastline.
Eliza’s many hobbies include cooking, travel, boating, fishing and exploring Florida with her family. She is a huge Disney fan and visits the parks as often as she can. Julie Williams was raised in Merritt Island, located on the beautiful barrier island of Florida’s Space Coast. Growing up with the space industry in her backyard, Julie loved cheering on the rocket launches and still follows NASA and the many companies in the region who are enjoying the “corporate space race”.
Growing up in Merritt Island gives Julie extensive knowledge of the various communities and neighborhoods in the region and a unique perspective of the many amenities the area has to offer. “I spent countless hours enjoying the Florida lifestyle of Brevard County. I know firsthand it is a truly amazing place to live and raise a family,” said Julie. “There are vast opportunities to enjoy our local beaches and waterways, including boating, skiing, wakeboarding, fishing (onshore and offshore), surfing, sea turtle watching, kayaking, kiteboarding, sky diving, and more. This area is booming and it’s a great time to invest in buying a home here.”
After graduating from Merritt Island High School, Julie completed a 2-year degree in science at a local university. Obtaining a degree as a clinical dental technician, she spent many years working closely with some of the highest trained and prestigious cosmetic dentists in Brevard County. This gave Julie experience in helping people at an often-stressful time in their lives. During this time, Julie also acquired her real estate license. In 2000, she joined a local home building company as a new home consultant and by 2007 was a multi-million-dollar producer and new home expert. Julie became a crucial player in a critical startup community in Sebastian, Florida that saw significant development and success.
Julie & her husband, Alex, have spent the last decade traveling as much as possible and have spent time in Chile, South America and Goderich, Ontario, Canada. Today they are settled in Rockledge, FL which allows them to spend time with their expansive local family.
In her spare time, you will find Julie listening to music, cooking dishes from other cultures, dining out at Brevard’s finest and newest establishments, reading, traveling, and enjoying family and friends. Her terrier rescue pup Dennis, who rules “everything”, is who gets most of Julie’s downtime.
